An online sharing session on "Cross-border E-commerce Operations in Southeast Asia: Logistics Channels and Digital Economy" was held on August 27th, co-hosted by SFIEC, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and Shenzhen Outbound Alliance.

Dato’ NG Wan Peng, COO of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), and Mr. Ng Chet Chiang, CEO & founder of Logistics Worldwide Express (LWE) were invited to share respectively on the status-quo and trend of Malaysia’s digital economy, and the experience of cross-border e-commerce logistics in Malaysia. 

This session is part of the "Restructuring Global Supply Chain in the Post-epidemic Era", a series of online sharing events aiming to provide insights for companies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area to meet the rising challenges in the global supply chain brought by COVID-19. More sessions are expected in the future.
