The Board of Trustees is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s strategic direction, annual plan, project budgeting and other important matters. The third board of directors of the foundation is composed of 17 directors, with a term of office of 3 years (2021.12-2024.12).
The Foundation awards honorary titles to individuals and institutions. These include honorary president, honorary vice president, honorary trustee and honorary member.
The supervisors ensure the Foundation's compliance to law and regulations. They examine the Foundation's financial and accounting documents. The supervisors have the right to attend Board Meeting and propose a motion. If necessary, they should report to relevant authorities.
The Secretariat is the standing committee of Board of Trustees. When the Board is inactive, the Secretariat conducts the Foundation's daily operation.
